Returns:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return your item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return Shipping:

  • Returns must be sent back to our London studio.

  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll sort it out — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalised items.

Exchanges:

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, place a new order and return the original.

How to Start a Return:

  2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back (with tracking, if possible).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, but it may take longer for your bank to complete the transfer.
